  • Pacific Food Importers. (New expanded;website for the shop!) Great prices on Mediterranean products and cheeses.
  • DeLaurenti's in the market carries imported food products and their wine cellar, they say, has "the most complete selection of Italian wines in the city."
  • Salumi is a Seattle standby for its artisan cured meats.
  • La Spiga restaurant often offers pasta-making and cooking classes, including some for gluten-free pasta and for kids.
  • Iole Aguero is a popular local teacher who often teaches biscotti and gnocchi classes at local schools like PCC. She also leads tours to Italy through Earthbound Expeditions.
