2012 cooking classes at Revel: kimchi, cocktails, dumplings and more

Have you checked out Revel yet? Right before I left Seattle on my road trip, a Co-Lunching event at the restaurant was my first trip there and my final 2011 Seattle food event. It was a delicious evening, and I understood why I'd been hearing so much positive buzz from the food world about it.
