Seattle Valentine's Day 2012

It's a busy night out for dining, and if you're experimenting with a new culinary gift, you might want some instruction and a chance to test it out before giving it to your sweetheart. 

Below is the current round-up of Valentine's Day-related events (including a lot of chocolate classes), and I'll continue to add to it in the next few weeks.
