New year, new food: gluten-free

Image via Flickr user llsimon53It's a new year, and many people are making dietary changes, for weight loss or health reasons, or just to reset after the overindulgence of the holiday. This week, I'm listing events and resources related to some different ways of eating. Next up: going gluten-free. (Previously in this series: raw food events and resources and eating light and healthy.)

Going gluten-free is a medical necessity for individuals with celiac disease, and a serious lifestyle consideration for anyone else who wants to get the gluten out of their diet. If this is the dietary path you are heading down, here are many events and classes to help you make the transition as delicious as possible.
