Puget Sound cheese-making classes

Do you have a lover of cheese on your holiday shopping list? Consider giving them a spot in a cheese-making class or cheese-making supplies.

Check out the calendar below that's just been updated with early 2012 cheese classes, including basic classes and classes on special topics like goat milk cheese, raw milk cheese and more.

Also: local homebrew supplier The Cellar Homebrew has cheesemaking supplies. And they offer classes too.
