"The stories of sixteen artisanal food devotees—all foragers, harvesters, growers, or farmers—are told by food blogger Georgia Pellegrini in hew new book, Food Heroes; Sixteen Culinary Artisans Preserving Tradition (Stewart, Tabori & Chang).
