Seattle Restaurants Open on New Year's Eve 2009

Here's a round-up of Seattle restaurants that are open and/or have posted special meals for New Year's Eve 2009 to welcome in 2010.

Okay, so I hate to get all schoolmarmy on grown people readers, but ahem!

Please note that these restaurants might have booked up by the time you read this!

New Year's Eve is prime party time, so you have to book early if you want to make it into your favorite spots! Call or email your restaurant of choice ASAP. Please note many of these restaurants are part of the Open Table system (links for those restaurants go to the Open Table system) so those spots should be pretty real-time and accessible 24-7.

But don't delay! Reserve today!

• Georgian: Spend New Year’s Eve in style at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Chef Gavin Stephenson will prepare an elegant 5-course menu in The Georgian, December 31, 8pm-12pm ($175). (Open Table)
• Herbfarm: The glittering evening offers old- and new-world wines, live music, Auld Lang Syne, and plenty of memories! Festive dress suggested. 8:00 PM $ 325 per person

• Hunt Club: Our Hunt Club menu will be available in addition to some festive specials from the chef. Overton Berry Jazz will be playing from 9pm-1am in the Fireside Room. (Open Table)

• NEW! La Spiga will also be open New Year's Eve, but is filling up fast!
• Le Pichet: New Year's Eve is coming fast! This year at Le Pichet, we have Extended dinner hours from 5:30pm until midnight. Champagnes, sparkling wines, festive New Years desserts, noisemakers, hats and balloons in time for the big toast at midnight. Beginning at 9:30pm, FloRey will be bringing their brand of Old School Jazz and Blues. Call now to reserve your table!
