Here are some local resources for free health screenings, fairs and classes. Many of their events will be in the calendar, but check out their sites for more info.
- Evergreen Hospital offers a lot of free classes.
- Swedish offers free classes, including many for patients and families dealing with cancer.
- Gilda's Club offers many resources for patients and families dealing with cancer.
- Northwest Kidney Center offers free classes and fairs.
- HIV and STD Testing is offered at Gay City to gay, bi and other men who have sex with men, including trans guys. Testing is FREE, with DONATIONS gladly accepted.
Some free fitness resources:
- Free Yoga: Saturday Community Yoga Class at Samarya Center (they also have a free Kirtin Sanskrit Chanting), Free Yoga Intro at Whole Life, Free Beginners at Samadhi.
