ASUW has offered "Coffee from Bean to Cup" classes in the past. Here's my report on it with pictures. I enjoyed the class and would recommend highly if you see it in the calendar below or in their catalog.
Did you know with have a Seattle Barista Academy in Renton? We do! They offer mainly pro classes, but have occasional home coffee prep classes. Check the site or the calendar below.
