ASUW has offered "Coffee from Bean to Cup" classes in the past. Here's my report on it with pictures. I enjoyed the class and would recommend highly if you see it in the calendar below or in their catalog.
Did you know with have a Seattle Barista Academy in Renton? We do! They offer mainly pro classes, but have occasional home coffee prep classes. Check the site or the calendar below.

Caffe Vita and Theo Chocolates have worked to develop a special blend that pairs well with chocolate and they do free public cuppings, generally on the first Friday of each month.
