• Southern restaurant Sazerac will schedule private cocktail classes.
• Eastlake's Serafina & Cicehetti offer a cocktail class series. Check out the calendar for current classes.
• Ladies! Join Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails (a.k.a. LUPEC) for vents with your fellow liquor-loving women.
• Tastings are great ways to learn about spirits. Check out this CitySearch listing of places around town to try a sampler.

Tan Vinh's Seattle Time article says the "pale green concoction is undisputedly Seattle's biggest contribution to the world of mixology...[It's] made with gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, maraschino liqueur and green Chartreuse...a balance of sweet-and-sour with a robust herbaceous tone."
