About Fresh-Picked Seattle
Fresh-Picked Seattle aims to be a one-stop shop for information about food events and cooking resources around the Sound.
If you are a curious novice looking to improve your knife skills, a seasoned home cook who wants to branch out into a new endeavor like cake decorating, or just a person who loves to eat who's looking for a special holiday event, you can use this site to help you track down what you're looking for in the greater Seattle area.
Fresh-Picked was launched in 2008 and has been growing ever since! In 2010, the site was one of the five finalists for Seattle Weekly's Best of the Web in the food category.

Please note: these events are sourced from many many different websites and it's not always possible to return to them to check for updates, sold out events, cancellations, etc. Please always check ahead with the venue or original poster (which will always be linked to in the event) to confirm dates, times and locations.

Most photos were found on Flickr's Creative Commons. Please see under the image for most photo credits and a link to the photographer's page. Also check the bottom of the post for some posts in earlier 2009.
Photos used in the small navigation buttons are credited on the page they lead to.
If you see your material here and it's not properly credited, please let me know and I will fix it right away. I have made every effort to ensure that never happens, but if I make a mistake, please let me know and I will rectify it ASAP.
